NewCustomer-facing

Status page live

Public uptime page with auto-incidents and double-opt-in email subscriptions — your first read when something feels off.

/status shows the health of every system you depend on — the dashboard, checkout, email, file uploads, and our infrastructure providers. It refreshes every five minutes from a probe that runs outside our app, so the page keeps rendering even when our own health endpoint is down.

When something breaks, an incident opens automatically. We post updates as we work the problem, and resolve it the moment the system recovers. Severities track what you’d actually experience:

  • Minor — a slow background job. Most customers don’t notice.
  • Major — something’s misbehaving for a subset of customers.
  • Critical — the site is down, checkout is broken, or your data is at risk.

Want a heads-up by email? Subscribe at the bottom of the status page — it’s double-opt-in (we send a confirmation link first), one-click unsubscribe, and we only email you when an incident actually opens.
