What if I want a major redesign?

We’ll quote it as a one-off project. Existing customers get our standard rate.

If the brief shifts mid-project — a different style direction, a new audience, a much bigger site — we’ll pause and reset.

Your project manager will:

  1. Talk it through with you on a 15-minute call so we’re both clear on what’s changing.
  2. Send a short scoping note with a fixed price for the redesign work.
  3. Once you approve, kick off a new design phase and update your timeline.

Existing customers get our standard rate, not a premium. Most major redesigns land between $1,500 and $4,000 depending on scope, and they include another two rounds of revisions.

For small-but-significant changes — say, a new homepage hero or a fresh services page — those usually fit within the included revision rounds.
