Every new project starts with four folders, ready to fill:
- Logos & branding — your logo files, brand marks, colour swatches.
- Photography — team headshots, product shots, location photos.
- Copy & content — taglines, about-us text, service descriptions.
- Other — the catch-all for anything that doesn’t fit the first three.
You can rename, delete, or add new folders any time. To add one, head to Assets and use the + Add folder button at the top of the page.
Moving a file. Each row in the file table has a folder dropdown. Pick the folder you want and the file moves immediately — no save button.
Deleting a folder. Files inside a deleted folder fall back to the root level. We never delete a file as a side effect of folder cleanup.
Permissions. Project owners and approvers can rename folders and move files; only the owner can delete a folder. Viewers see folders read-only.
Folders are project-scoped — each project has its own set. v1 is single-level, no nested folders. If you need a deeper structure, message your project manager and we’ll work out a flat naming convention that keeps things tidy ("Photography — exterior", "Photography — interior").
